We have accommodations for 20 brothas for a weekend full of relaxation and fun activities in two luxury cabin lodges with just about every amenity you could dream of. The brothas who attended the last retreat are still talking about it and even more importantly, many have become close friends (and more). It’s an experience you don’t want to miss out on. We take care of everything – all you have to do is bring enough clothing for the weekend, your personal items, and an open mind.
We do encourage attendees to plan to take either a half day or full off on the 15th of October, and if possible, take Monday the 18th of October off to ensure that you can enjoy the retreat to its fullest.
Dates: October 15th – 18th, 2010
Location: North GA Mountains – Less than 90 minutes from downtown Atlanta
Cost: $150 per person up to 3 nights (includes lodging , meals, drinks, and all activities) .
Payment: Payment must be made in full. We accept cash, check, or PayPal for credit card payments.
The Lodge is located along the Coosawattee River providing a private and relaxing environment. On site activities include: Lighted Fenced Basketball Court, 8 person hot tub, pool table, Foosball, 2 Canoes , 10 Floating Tubes, Horse Shoes, Large Deck overlooking River, outdoor Shower, Wireless High Speed Internet, Shuffleboard, Volleyball courts. We will also be providing an assortment of movies, cards, and other entertainment for a full weekend.
Enjoy fireside chats, group meals, and several group activities.

We have accommodations for 20 people, 10 guests in 2 cabins. There are eight (8) singles bunk beds (4 in each cabin) that can be reserved for an additional $20 per person. All other guests will share a bed with another guest or you can bring your sleeping gear and camp out in one of the great rooms or camp outside if you like (we provide a 2 person tent). If you are coming with one or more friends and wish to share sleeping quarters, please let us know in advance.
There is limited parking at the cabin. We will be assigning all guests to carpools. If you are willing to drive and can bring two or more people with you, please indicated you are willing to be a Driver when registering. You should also be prepared to be assigned as a passenger.
When paying in person at one of our events, you will not have to pay an admission or donation fee for that event.
